During the course, you'll explore the basic elements of musical theatre singing, focusing on vocal technique, text expression, and interpretation practice
The course days include vocal warm-ups in a group and exercises from a technical perspective, as well as an exploration of text interpretation and the principles of musical theatre singing
During the course, you'll have the opportunity to sing both solo and in ensemble
You'll also get to explore acting exercises during the course

Play in a Band
Musiikkikoulu Säveltie is an excellent place to start a band hobby. At the moment, we offer two different band groups. A good option for beginner musicians and singers is the Band Carousel. There you get to explore all instruments, and no prior experience is required. Band Group on the other hand, is aimed at those who already have some experience playing an instrument.

Theory That Thrills
Music theory provides excellent support for learning to play. Understanding a song as a whole becomes easier when you comprehend the phenomena present in it. If you have already studied theory, please mention it on the registration form, and we'll arrange, if possible, an advanced group as well.
