We are pleased to announce that Säveltien Music School will be participating in the 2024 Night of the Arts. The event will be held on Thursday, August 15.
For the little ones, we will be offering a free Magic Forest Music Playschool. Additionally, we invite everyone to participate in the creation of a collective sound art piece . You’ll also have the chance to explore our facilities, as we’ll keep our doors open throughout the event.
We warmly welcome everyone to join us in enjoying the Night of the Arts! The event is free of charge, and no registration is required.

Magic Forest Music Playschool
As part of the event, Musiikkikoulu Säveltie will host the Magic Forest Music Playschool for all children aged 0–6 at 6:00 PM.
”Taikametsämuskari on taianomainen musiikkiseikkailu perheen pienimmille. Miten karhut tanssivat Karhulassa? Saako Mikko Repolainen kiinni pupujussin hännänpään? Astu taikametsään ja tule ottamaan selvää!
In the music playschool, children will have the opportunity to sing, play instruments, and move with the teacher. The Magic Forest is open to children aged 0–6, accompanied by a familiar adult. Welcome to make music together with your whole family in Säveltie’s Magic Forest!”
A Collective Sound Art Piece
We’re also offering the opportunity to participate in creating a collective sound art piece. You can leave your mark on the artwork anytime between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
”Tule mukaan luomaan yhteisöllistä äänitaideteosta, johon jokainen voi jättää jälkensä erilaisten äänien muodossa. Käytettävissäsi on useita erilaisia instrumentteja ja muita esineitä sekä tietenkin myös oma äänesi.
The piece is entirely composed of sounds created by visitors, with no right or wrong noises. You’re welcome to join in at any time during its creation or simply come to listen – the artwork will play continuously throughout the event at Musiikkikoulu Säveltie."
